Museumweekend met Living History

Traditionally, the Memorial Museum Passchendaele 1917 organises a museum weekend with WO1 Living History in April. As a result of the double ceremony '100 years of liberation' on 28 September , the museum weekend in 2018 will exceptionally be held in September. The focus is on Living History on the one hand, which makes the story of the troops during WW1 accessible for young and old. Many historical reenactors from Belgium and abroad spend the weekend at the chateau grounds. In collaboration with Dienst Vrije Tijd, the MMP1917 also evokes the liberation atmosphere of 100 years ago with various workshops and activities.
